Krista Krauss Miller
Founder & Creative Director
Fancy Farm Florals & Events is a family owned event and floral design studio based in St. Charles, IL. It was founded in 2023 by Krista Krauss Miller. Combining her love for flowers, education in theatre arts, and experience in Chicago’s luxury hospitality sector, Krista brings creativity, impeccable service, and a passion for thoughtful design to clients throughout Chicago’s Western Suburbs.
Mary Lou
Lead Designer
You’ll also see Mary Lou, our Lead Designer, out on projects. Raised on a farm in Ohio, she later studied Fine Art and Commercial Design in Chicago and spent more than 30 years as a Liturgical Designer for the Catholic Church. After years of tagging along to craft stores, florists, and greenhouses with her mom, it’s no surprise Krista eventually started a flower company—and that Mary Lou happily joined her.

Every creative endeavor deserves a loyal companion. Our farm dogs are an integral part of the Fancy Farm story—offering unconditional support, boundless enthusiasm, and the occasional muddy paw print.
